How it works
**The device works with GPS wireless tech to create a virtual
safety boundary. Pets wearing it can roam freely in this
safe area. When the pet goes beyond the boundary, it will
auto-emit a preset punishment mechanism such as sound
warning, vibration/shock stimulation to remind the pet
back. Once the pet returns to the safe zone, the warning
punishment will stop immediately.
**After the device is turned on, it will automatically search
for GPS signals (if no signal is found, go to an open area
outdoors and try again) → manually locate the fence
center point (signal above 3 bars) → after the center point
is successfully located, set and adjust the fence radius →
when the pet goes out of boundary, the device triggers
warnings (sound,vibration, shock, flashing red light)
4 Buttons
- M button: turn on/off the device(long press
2s); switch between vibration and shock
mode(short press when turned on)
- Positioning button: locate fence center
point(long press 2s); enter the fence radius
setting mode (short press); re-search GPS
signal when searching signal fails(short press)
- +/- button: adjust the fence radius distance;
short press to increase/decrease the distance
by 1 yard; long press to increase/decrease
the distance by 10 yards.
Warning Mode
Mode working description
**During the first cycle of 6 warning levels, if your pet returns to the set range at any point, the collar will automatically reset to Level 1 for the next going beyond the boundary, regardless of the previous level reached.
**If your pet goes through two warning cycles before returning, the collar will repeat this process until the pet comes back into the boundary.
Note: to trigger the punishment warning of the GPS collar, three specific
conditions below must be met:
1)The collar must be outside the fence boundary.
2) The GPS signal strength should be at least 3 bars.
3) Movement of the dog must be detected.
Therefore, when manually testing, ensure walk with the collar beyond the
boundary and simultaneously shake it to mimic the dog's movement.
Auto Memory Function
***The product is designed with a memory
function that automatically saves the last
set fence center points, radius distance,
and punishment mode, so no need to reset
them when it is turned on again.
***For accurate performance, if the training
location changes or the device has not
been used for several days, please reset
the center point and radius. It is
recommended to reset them every 4-5 days.
Protection Mode
①The GPS collar starts at Level 1 when your pet
goes beyond the set boundary. When a level
ends, it automatically triggers to the next level
as long as your pet is still outside the boundary.
After the 6th level of the first warning cycle
ends, the collar enters the protection mode for
1 minute and emits “beep”sounds only.
②After the 1-minute protection mode ends, if
your pet has not returned to the safe area, the
collar starts the second cycle of 6 warning
levels. If your pet still does not return after the
second cycle, the collar will enter the
protection mode again, and the warning tone
will continue until the battery runs out or your
pet returns to the safety area.

a) During charging, the red light is on; when fully charged, the green light is on.
b) In fence mode, with no warning triggered and GPS signal, the green light flashes slowly; without GPS signal, it flashes rapidly.
c) In fence mode, upon triggering an warning, the red light flashes rapidly.
d) In fence mode, when entering standby mode, the green light flashes slowly.

If the items are returned due to other reasons, you are responsible for the return shipping charges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.and also you are reponsible for shipping fee.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Under normal circumstances, we ship within 3-5 working days, and it is expected to be delivered within 7-10 days.
